• Enhance Slave's Shackle at the anvil
• Search both trash cans
• Attack one bandit twice
• Eat one Contaminated Boar Meat
• Attack one bandit twice
• Eat one Contaminated Boar Meat
• Attack one bandit twice
• Titles Treasure Seeker 1*, Explorer 1*, Demon Hunter 1*, Treasure Hunter 1*, Great Elf King. Enhance Elf King's attack twice to get 2 Elf's Arrows
  Note: Can unenchant the armor from Treasure Seeker if you are slightly short on EP
• Use both arrows on the boss to win

if method above does not work due to not having enough EP (short on upgrading for the second Elf's Arrows), the method below may work.  This did take two attempts to succeed (there is not a lot of room for error).

• Enhance Slave's Shackle at the anvil
• Train titles Treasure Seeker 1*, Explorer 1*, Demon Hunter 1*
• Search both trash cans
• Attack boss five times
• Eat both Contaminated Boar Meat
  Note: Can try eating one at a time to save an attack on the next step (to use up an extra turn for Slave's Shackle)
• Attack boss twice
• Train titles Elven Ranger 2*,  Great Elf King 1*. Enhance Elf King's HP to get 1 Elf's Arrows
  Note:If you are short on the upgrade for the Elf's Arrows, skip the second Elven Ranger upgrade
  Note:Can also try upgrading Great Elf King attack instead of HP for more damage with the Elf's Arrows
• Use Black Panther
• Use Elf's Arrows
• Attack boss until dead (should take 4-6 hits)

Completed with gumballs:

• Minstrel 6* (Initial EP)
• Musashi 4* (Increased attack)
• Crusader 4* (Increased attack and HP)
• Tarot 5* (Increased attack)
• Kaito 6* (Decreased Adventurer EP spend)
• Panda 3* (Increased dodge)
• Mammoth 3* (Increased defense and HP)
• Merman 4* (Increased attack and HP)
