A special delicious food of Cloud Island. The white sesame seeds, fine salt and rice are mixed, and a plum is placed in it. The the mixture is squeezed into a suitable shape with appropriate strength. Finally, wrapping it by seaweed on both sides to make a delicious salt rice ball.
