Puppeteer Gumball was born into a puppeteering family, and was called the "giftless" child at an early age. Through countless failures, Puppeteer Gumball was finally able to grasp the ultimate puppeteering skill and became the greatest puppet manipulation master that ever lived!

Born into a family of puppeteers, Puppeteer Gumball is not good with combat. However, he can make string puppets that possess various types of special abilities (upgrade skill to enhance effect), and put them in unimaginably useful roles on the battlefield.
When selected, enter the maze with 5 Curse scrolls. Transcribes a new Curse scroll every floor.
String Puppet: (starts alive; drops Broken Puppet on death, spend 100 EP to revive)
Level 1: Inherits 80% of main gumball's HP
Level 2: Inherits 20% of main gumball's Attack
Level 3: Gains Protection feature (Casts Puppet Shield (weaker Ice Shield) at the beginning of each floor.)
Level 4: Gains Symbiosis feature (10% boost to gumball's Attack and Power while puppet is alive.)
Level 5: Gains Entwine feature (20% chance to incapacitate revealed enemies every time a slate it flipped, 10 turn duration.)
In reality, the Puppeteer's killer app is Puppet Shield.
Entering every floor with even a modest damage-absorbing shield will mean you get through the first ~40-60 floors on complete autopilot except for Bosses, and almost every red potion you get means +1 max HP.
The 10% Atk/Pwr bonus is cool, and the incapacitation is basically 1 less enemy per floor, but the Puppet Shield is the part that is exploitable.
