The gorgeous belt was one of the remains of the gray dwarf Istantine. Istantine was well-known for being savage and cruel, he would kill everyone he didn't like. And his demon DNA made it difficult to kill him. A troop of famous bounty hunters had tried to encircle and annihilate him, which hurt him badly. The next day, when bounty hunters planned to keep chasing him, they were surprised that he already recovered from the injuries and soon he wiped out the all the bounty hunters. Ironically, people spent three days to execute the death penalty. During the three days, the whole city was echoing Istantine's roar. After the death penalty, people saved his belt and named it after his name.
