Always 3x Satan's Heart + one of the following:

• 3 Demon Thorns or 3 Beast's Teeth or 3 Mark of Thor

Also a chance to get:

• Demon's Contract (about 50% chance to get it)
• Key to Lost Paradise (The key gives a 5% chance to get 10 random stat boosts at the start of exploration Sky battles. Can only be obtained once.)
• The full Dark Sacred Artifact suit (including duplicates if you already have pieces)

If you don't like the contents of your gift, you can do a S/L and try again on the next floor.
